2. Where We Deliver

Vyralon offers international delivery to destinations made available during checkout.

The availability of a country at checkout does not necessarily mean that every Product can be delivered there.

Certain Products or destinations may be restricted because of:

  • product classification;
  • ingredients or composition;
  • local market or import rules;
  • transport restrictions;
  • carrier limitations;
  • product-safety requirements; or
  • other legal or operational restrictions.

If we cannot lawfully or reasonably fulfil a prepaid order, we will refund the amount paid for the affected Product or order.

3. Dispatch Location

Products are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

4. Delivery Methods and Charges

Available delivery methods and delivery charges are shown during checkout.

The options available may depend on:

  • destination country;
  • parcel weight and dimensions;
  • Product restrictions;
  • carrier availability;
  • order value; and
  • other operational factors.

The total delivery charge applicable to an order is displayed before the order is submitted.

5. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery is generally approximately 5 business days, unless another timeframe is stated at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless the Store expressly states otherwise or applicable law requires a binding deadline.

Delivery may be affected by:

  • customs processing;
  • carrier delays;
  • public holidays;
  • severe weather;
  • security or transport disruption;
  • local delivery conditions; or
  • other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Mandatory Consumer rights relating to timely delivery remain unaffected.

6. Delivered Duty Paid — DDP

Where a shipment is expressly identified at checkout as DDP – Delivered Duty Paid, the checkout price is intended to include the applicable import VAT, customs duty and standard import-clearance charges covered by that delivery arrangement.

For a correctly processed DDP shipment, the Customer should not normally be required to pay those standard import charges again when the parcel is delivered.

DDP does not automatically apply to every international shipment.

If DDP is not indicated for a particular order, taxes, duties and other import charges are handled according to the information shown during checkout and applicable law.

7. Unexpected Customs or Carrier Charges

If a carrier, postal operator or customs authority unexpectedly asks for payment of import VAT, customs duty or standard clearance charges which should be covered by an order identified as DDP, please contact:

customer@vyralon.eu

before making the payment where reasonably possible.

Please provide the order number, tracking reference and information about the requested payment.

8. Customs Information

Carriers or customs authorities may require information from the recipient in order to complete lawful import and delivery formalities.

Customers must provide accurate information reasonably required for delivery or customs processing.

Vyralon will not ask a Customer to provide false customs values, misleading descriptions or other inaccurate import information.

9. Delivery Address

Please check the delivery information carefully before placing an order.

This includes, where applicable:

  • recipient name;
  • street and building details;
  • postal code;
  • city;
  • country; and
  • contact information required by the selected carrier.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment or dispatch has started.

If an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the Customer causes re-routing, return, storage or additional carrier costs, reasonable and documented direct costs may be charged to the Customer where permitted by applicable law.

10. Tracking

Where the selected delivery service supports tracking, a tracking reference may be provided after dispatch.

Tracking information is supplied by the carrier and may not update continuously, particularly during:

  • international handovers;
  • customs clearance;
  • local carrier transfers; or
  • periods of transport disruption.

A temporary absence of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that a parcel has been lost.

11. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If a parcel appears materially delayed or tracking indicates a delivery problem, please contact:

customer@vyralon.eu

We may need to investigate the shipment with the carrier before confirming that it has been lost.

Nothing in this Policy reduces mandatory Consumer rights relating to non-delivery or delayed delivery.

12. Damaged Parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, where reasonably possible:

  • document the condition of the parcel;
  • retain the packaging;
  • take photographs; and
  • contact us promptly.

Product-related damage or non-conformity should be reported through the Complaints contact option or to:

complaints@vyralon.eu

A carrier’s internal procedure does not remove statutory Consumer rights.

13. Risk During Delivery

For Consumers, the transfer of risk for accidental loss or damage is governed by applicable mandatory Consumer law.

Where such rules apply, risk generally remains with the Seller until the Customer, or a person designated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the Products.

14. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

A parcel which is refused or left unclaimed may be returned to Vyralon by the carrier.

Refusing or failing to collect a parcel does not automatically constitute a legally valid withdrawal where applicable law requires an unequivocal withdrawal statement.

Where unjustified non-collection causes additional and documented direct costs, including return, storage or re-delivery charges, Vyralon may seek reimbursement of those costs to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This does not restrict statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.

15. Additional Costs Not Covered by DDP

DDP relating to the original outbound delivery does not necessarily cover:

  • costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address;
  • storage caused by failure to collect a parcel;
  • repeated delivery attempts;
  • customer-requested changes after dispatch;
  • voluntary return shipping; or
  • other exceptional costs attributable to the Customer,

except where applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Returns

Returns and withdrawals are governed separately by the Returns & Refunds Policy.

DDP applying to the original delivery does not automatically mean that Vyralon bears the cost of a voluntary return.
