  • information provided by the Customer is materially incomplete or incorrect;
  • fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected;
  • fulfilment would breach applicable law;
  • the Product cannot legally be delivered to the destination country; or

  5. For a normally processed DDP order, the Customer should not be required to pay additional import VAT or standard customs duties upon delivery.
  6. Where DDP is not indicated at checkout, taxes, duties and import charges are handled in accordance with the information displayed for the relevant order and applicable law.
  7. If a carrier or customs authority requests an unexpected additional payment in connection with an order identified as DDP, the Customer should contact the Seller before making the payment where reasonably possible.

7. Payment

  1. Available payment methods may vary by country and order.
  2. Payment methods may include credit or debit cards, local payment methods, bank payments, digital wallets, instant payment systems, Cash on Delivery and other methods displayed by the Store.
  3. Electronic payments may be processed by external payment service providers.
  4. Full card details are not stored by the Seller where payment information is processed directly by an external payment provider.

Cash on Delivery

  1. Where COD is available, the Customer must pay the applicable amount upon delivery.
  2. A COD order is not merely optional until the parcel is collected.
  3. Failure or refusal to collect a parcel does not automatically constitute a valid exercise of a statutory cancellation right.
  4. Where unjustified failure to collect a COD parcel causes additional costs, the Seller may seek reimbursement of reasonable and documented direct costs to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  5. Nothing in this section limits a Consumer’s statutory cancellation rights.

8. Delivery

  1. Products are dispatched from the United Kingdom to destinations available in the Store.
  2. DDP applies where the relevant delivery is identified as DDP at checkout.
  3. Delivery charges are displayed before the order is submitted.
  4. Estimated delivery is generally approximately 5 business days, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  5. Delivery may be affected by customs procedures, carriers, public holidays or circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control.
  6. Mandatory Consumer rights relating to timely delivery remain unaffected.

9. Right to Cancel / Withdraw

  1. Consumers have cancellation or withdrawal rights in accordance with the laws applicable to them.
  2. Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom generally have 14 days from receipt of the Products to notify the Seller that they wish to cancel without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.
  3. A withdrawal notice may be:
  • submitted through the online withdrawal function available on Vyralon.eu;
  • sent to returns@vyralon.eu; or
  • made by another unequivocal statement permitted by applicable law.
  1. The Store provides an online withdrawal function for eligible online purchases.
  2. Electronic withdrawal submissions are acknowledged on a durable medium, such as email.
  3. A model withdrawal form is also made available by the Store. Use of the model form is not mandatory where applicable law permits another unequivocal statement.

10. Opened Products and Exceptions

  1. The right to cancel may be excluded where applicable law provides an exception.
  2. In particular, this may apply to sealed Products which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after being unsealed, where:
  • the Product was supplied sealed;
  • the seal was broken after delivery; and
  • applicable law permits the exception.
  1. Opening the external shipping package alone does not remove cancellation rights where the Product’s own protective seal remains intact.
  2. This section does not affect rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or non-conforming Products.

11. Returns

  1. Products must be returned in accordance with the Vyralon.eu Returns & Refunds Policy.

Alvaston
Derby DE24 0NH
United Kingdom

  1. Customers should contact returns@vyralon.eu before sending a return so that the return can be correctly identified.
  2. For a standard change-of-mind cancellation, the Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Product where they were properly informed of that obligation and applicable law permits it.
  3. DDP applying to the original delivery does not mean that the Seller bears the cost of a voluntary return.
  4. Where a Product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, reasonable return costs will be borne by the Seller where required by applicable law.

12. Refunds

  1. Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable law and the Returns & Refunds Policy.
  2. Where statutory withdrawal rules require reimbursement, the Seller will make the reimbursement without undue delay and, where required, no later than 14 days after being informed of the Consumer’s decision to withdraw.
  3. For sales of goods, where permitted by law, the Seller may withhold reimbursement until the Products are received back or the Consumer provides evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
  4. Refunds are normally made using the original payment method unless another method is agreed or required for technical reasons.
  5. For COD purchases, the Seller may request bank account details or another appropriate method through which the refund can be made.

13. Complaints and Non-Conforming Products

  1. Complaints concerning defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or non-conforming Products should be submitted through the Store’s contact form using the Complaints contact option or sent to:

complaints@vyralon.eu

  1. Customers should, where reasonably possible, provide the order number, Product name and a description of the problem.
  2. Supporting photographs may help us assess the complaint, but failure to provide photographs does not remove statutory Consumer rights.
  3. The Seller is responsible for Products in accordance with applicable laws governing conformity of goods with the Contract.
  4. Nothing in this section limits any statutory remedy available to a Consumer.

14. Product Safety

  1. Products should be used in accordance with their labels, instructions and warnings.

19. Governing Law

  1. To the extent permitted by law, Contracts are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
